Cost Questions
What is the cost to my organization? Nothing. Services are provided to your organization at no cost. Your participants pay a small transaction fee that is added on to each transcation and built into the participants program cost. A payment-processing fee for online credit card transactions is also charged.
How much is the transaction fee? The transaction fee ranges from $2.50 to $4.50 US depending on volume you need.
How much does credit card processing cost? Currently, the best fee offered by any of the payment processing companies we work with is 2.19% plus $0.42 per transaction. There is typically no minimum transaction volume or merchant fee charged.
What does it cost for ongoing technical support, maintenance and upgrades? Nothing, as e-mail and telephone technical support (within reasonable limits), maintenance and upgrades are included. Extensive online help is built into the software and more than 60 short videos are available to quickly train staff.
How much do you charge to host my website? Hosting for your website is included. Plus, our easy-to-use, non-technical web publishing tools give you a comprehensive branded website. As a result, most customers have experienced savings by eliminating the need for current hosting and web maintenance expenses.
Will we need to buy new computers or anything else ? Probably not. All your organization needs is to have Internet access and a relatively new Windows based computer (PC) that meets certain minimums for our hardware and software.
We have a lot of historical information. Do we need to convert it? No. The solution was designed to allow a fresh start without the need to convert historical information. Most organizations choose this approach. If your organization wishes to import some historical information, it can easily be done from any Excel spreadsheet.
